Low Smoke Flame Retardant Zero Halogen (LSFOH) Compound
- Highly flame retardant (help to prevent a fire, or limit the damage)
- Halogen-free (in a fire, there shall be no poisonous gas emission)
- Low smoke (in a fire, people can see their way out)
- Low toxicity (in a fire, people are not overcome by toxic fumes)
- Can be processed by extrusion or injection
Track Resistant Compound
The main factor for using the track resistant compound is to protect the ADSS Core, at the same time, protecting the sheath layer to be remained at least 50% thickness after life cycle. While our compound is working out on protecting the sheath, its other job function is to reduce the content of electric conductor in the system, mainly carbon black.
Termites & Rodents Repellent
Anti-termite
and Anti-rodent additive concentrates are designed to provide cable
manufacturers with a non-hazardous, non-toxic and environmentally safe
insect and animal repellent. These products can repel rodents and termites in appropriate applications and are available in pellet form. Non-toxic solutions are increasingly required in many countries, where additives such as lindane, pyrethroids, copper naphthenate and other substances are either banned or progressively replaced. Along with desirable dispersion properties, these additives combine safety and ease of use when processed in extrusion applications. The active substance is non-hygroscopic, does not migrate within the polymer, and resists leaching under typical application conditions.
UV Resistant Concentrate
UV Resistant Concentrate is used to protect the the sheath from losing its component. Colors & additives could be easily taken away by Ultra Violet under long exposure. These compound made from high BlueWool Scale material will ensure that all the original ingredients are well protected.
